Premier Inn Poole Centre (Holes Bay) hotel

Just want to say a big thanks to the team who made my business stay away a massive pleasure. Very welcoming and genuinely nice staff, reminded me of my freinds and family in many ways. Big thanks as well to Jane the manager who i spoke to at check in and helped me with all my queries regarding both the hotel and local area. She went above and beyond.

Brilliant location and free parking, only a 10 min stroll into town. Refreshingly quiet considering it’s next to a busy road. Food reasonably, bit of an odd restaurant setup but fine for the price point.

Stayed here for a few nights for work, the reception team were so helpful after a long journey they checked me in quickly. My room was very spacious in need of a little bit of TLC. Everything was clean and the bed was a god send and best night sleep I have had in a while. The staff are very polite whenever I saw one of them they would smile and say hello. It's so nice to see friendly people when working away and they really do take an interest and had a laugh with I think was the manager (red hair) after a day of meetings she made me smile. Dinner was very good a lot of options but would recommend the mixed grill it was a great proton and well cooked. Breakfast was just as filling and the guys in the restaurant were again very welcoming and chatted with me. I will definitely stay here again if I am down for business.

Staff were very welcoming which was a good start Room was good, clean, little wear and tear but know that they are in process of having works done.Accessible room right next to reception which was great,bed was a little low but that maybe a personal thing.Bathroom a good size and plenty of grab rails if needed with lowered bath.There was a good choice at breakfast and again staff were friendly, food was warm but that may have been timing but overall really good,Staff helped with transport to venue we were going to,sorry did not catch names,they highlighted the yellow box where it calls you a taxi which is handy to know.Really quiet and did not hear other guests or any noise from the road which our room was facing,good hit with a fan in the room as well.

Just had four nights at hole's bay premier inn,on reception at three pm the lady was most friendly, courteous and did her job in a professional manner. Three of the four nights we ate at the pub restaurant next and we the food adequate for what we wanted. The only problem I could see was they were very understaffed and if it hadn't been for the efforts of Nina who seemed to be bar person, waitress and table allocater maybe our experience might have been a lot worse.

Friendly staff, great food clean and comfortable room what's not to like. I have read other reviews before I went so did have concerns about food but we were very happy with the restaurant. We were served by a guy called Phil who was amazing. Our food came out hot and service was impeccable.

I stayed at the Premier Inn Holes Bay recently for work purposes. On arrival I was greeted by Fantastic, polite staff. Jane the manager was particularly good as a mix up with the booking was swiftly corrected with no hassle at all. I would recommend this hotel for Any purpose, whether it be pleasure or work. Clean and tidy rooms. Will definitely be back when I visit Poole again

What a brilliant team. We received the warmest welcome from all of the team, who went above and beyond in their service to our family. They facilitated 40 of us in the dining area as a group with exceptional service. Cannot thank them enough for all they did.
